Scott Bradley is the owner of Scott Bradley and Associates, an educational telecommunications consulting organization. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science from Westminster College and a Masters of Public Administration from Brigham Young University.

Scott is Founder and Chairman of The Constitutional Commemoration Foundation, Inc., a non-profit educational organization which seeks to foster increased understanding of the United States Constitution “in the tradition of the Founding Fathers,” and also encourages a return to the original intent of proper government as understood and practiced at the time of America’s founding.

In 1992, Scott inaugurated the Cache Valley Commemoration of the Signing of the United States Constitution. This celebration is held annually during the week of the 17th of September, the date on which the U.S. Constitution was signed in 1787. This commemorative event includes such highlights as a speech contest for High School-age students, a September 17th F-16 fighter jet fly-over in Cache Valley at 2:00 PM, and, on Friday and Saturday, a presentation of the original pageant “A Day to Remember,” (written by Scott). This pageant depicts the events which led up to signing of the United States Constitution, beginning with the discovery of America by Columbus.

Scott hopes that our entire country will ultimately appreciate the full importance of what happened on September 17, 1787, and that the principles upon which our nation was founded will become more widely understood and applied.

Scott is a former Executive Board member of the Trapper Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America and a former Board member of the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, Utah Chapter.

Scott is married and has five children and five grandchildren.
